Law and The Rule of Law

Individual freedom is stifled by a surfeit of laws and regulations.
Human beings organize themselves into societies so that they, and their properties, are protected by the laws of that society.
The law and morality are centrally important for a free society but government threatens freedom when it uses ‘the law’ to become too active
in the economy.
The rule of law is the single most important characteristic of winning nations, and the area of biggest difference between winners and losers,
which suggests that is should be every government’s top priority.
